Guitar Hero III

Ok, just for fun now. This is the updated account page for my Guitar Hero character. I got this for the Wii as a late-birthday present to myself (pre-ordered on my birthday, didn't come out until late October). Fun game, the kids like to watch me "rock-out" :)

SoundClick

This is a pretty cool site where musicians can upload their music and promote it independently. I uploaded a couple of the songs that I recorded after my band, Delusion, broke up in 1994.

Beginner Triathlete profile

This one is for my Beginner Triathlete profile and training page. As you see, I haven't updated it since I did the Tempe Triathlon in 2006. That was when I got my heel pain and took some time out. Time that turned out to be more like a year and a half...

I'll be updating it at some point over the next week or two, and once I start getting into my routine I'll get on a training plan. Who knows, maybe I can get into the Tempe Tri again this year!

FitDay

This is where I log what I eat and my exercise as a whole. Trying to get back into shape, the act of logging what you do is really the first step.

Pupose of this blog

This blog will serve as a kind of aggregation of all of my various spots on the web where I try to keep a presence. Things like my FitDay blog that I use to overall track my eating and exercise, BegginerTriathlete page where I document my training programs and progress, MotionBased where I log my bike routes (man, I love that Garmin 305 on my bike), Flickr and YouTube accounts, all of that kind of stuff.

So, basically, for me this is a kind of bookmark place where I can keep track of the various places I need to try and keep updated. For you, whoever is reading this (and thanks, by the way, for your interest), you can keep up with the various things that I'm doing. And kick me in the ass collectively when I start to slack :)

What this is not doing is linking to other blogs that I comment on . . . though, I might in the future link to my user page on those blogs so if anyone is really interested in the things that I'm commenting on they can see that too. I am a Digg-er, and generally watch Gizmodo pretty regularly as well. So, maybe I'll link in the future to my user pages there. I'm also on Myspace (though I never update as I hate that service) and Facebook (linked my main blog to my notes there for my random thoughts). So, that being that, welcome to my online life!
